Title:
  [Trunk] Bug when you add bank RIB to a company

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  With latest trunk addons revno : 7898 / web revno 3330.

  I get below error when I add an bank RIB to a partner:

  Error: QWeb2 - template['ListView.rows']: Runtime Error: Error: QWeb2
  - template['ListView.row']: Runtime Error: Error: Unknown field state
  in domain [["state","not in",["rib"]]]

  Here are are the steps to reproduce the bug:
  - install a fresh database with fr_FR language and demo data
  - Install account_voucher and sale
  - Choose the French accounting
  - Go to Sales -> Customers
  - Select Agrolait and edit it.
  - Add a an account number:
     Bank Account Type: RIB and optionnal IBAN
     Bank Code: 20041
     Office Code: 01005
     RIB account number 0500013M026
     Key 06

  Save the partner ang you get the error.
  Every time you click on the partner you get the error.
