Thinking of it, this may need to be cash-register specific as if a
holding company might have child companies with different policies
according to what is being sold - i.e. one focusing on luxury jewelry
and another on cheaper jewelry.

  account: cash statements using a static list of values not related to
  currency

Bug description:
  Possibly the best solution is to store a list of values on the "res.currency" of which bills/coins you have for that currency.
  This way any cash statement openings can look at the currency and retrieve the values.
