  How to reproduce:

  Go in Email -> calendar
  Click on a day
  Set a title and select a partner.
  Validate

  It raises

  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'form' of undefined

  http://localhost:8502/web/webclient/js:1254

  Same behavior from crm opportunity meeting button though it
  automatically fill the parnter_id field.
