Title:
  [6.1] sale analysis report does not take sale orders in manual or
  progress state

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In sale manager dashboard, action_sales_by_partner view is
  inconsistent with other views

  It takes only sale orders that are in "done" state.

  It should include "manual" and "progress" states
