-  As per your bug report I have checked your issue as you define.When
make a delegation of task the delegated task should be parent task . So
, the child task should be do mark as done first.

It is a good opinion for to replace the name of  "parent tasks" to
"Predecessors / delegated tasks" and "delegated tasks" to "Successors /
parents tasks".

Title:
  Error scheduling tasks

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I'm using OpenERP Version 6.2dev-20121105-000101 but it also affects in OpenERP Server 6.1-20121021-233212.
  I've install modules: "project" and "project_long_term" and HABILITAR OPCION DELGEATE

  Steps to reproduce (according to version 6.2) :

  1) I create a project "Sample project"

  2) I create a new task "sample task" of "sample project" and assigned
  it to me with an "Initially Planned Day" of 10.

  3) I click on the delegate the task button of the task form, I choose
  another user (like demo). I click the delegate button

  4) I click on "project/scheduling/schedule tasks", choose the "sample
  project" and click on "compute"

  5) I go to task and choose the gantt view. I can see in the gantt that the first task to make is "check: sample task" and the second one is "sample task". 
  I would espected the "check: sample task" should go after the "sample task"
  Also, if I want to mark as done the task "check: sample task" I can't do that because OERP understands I should do "sample task" first (but the gantt view shows another thing). It's a schedull thing not a gantt view problem. 

  
  Possible solutions 

  As I can see, parent task and deleagated task it could be also used
  for predecesors and successors. Delegating a task would be a
  particular case of predecesors/successors.

  1) When I make a delegation, the delegated task should be "parent" task of the original one. I will also suggest to replace names for
      "parent tasks" to "Predecesors / delegated tasks"
      "delegated tasks" to "Successors / parents tasks"

  2) Change something in the "schedulling procedure"
