All service companies and many others will not provide thumbnail images
for their services and products - hence OpenERP will display grey boxes
which are very difficult to distinguish. It slows down working
considerably.

  kanban views are not suitable for service companies (nor for partners)

  it should be possible to configure which view is used to open a
  resource
