  [trunk] Impossible save some wizards especifically set_default ones.

Status in OpenERP Web:

Bug description:
  Hello.

  Go to partners > open form view > save (to see readonly) Click on up
  combobox select "Set defaults" you will see buttons not rendered
  correclty and when you click on it, a Js error appear.

  Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'call'
