Hello,

I have tested your issue with french, Italian and english language. But
the widget float_time is working fine only with (en_us) users.But when
non-english users tries with other language the widget float_time is not
working it seems float value rather than float time value.So, I am
confirming this issue.

  [trunk] Widget float_time in project task

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In the tasks, we have this time fields have a widget float_time but works only if the user is English langage.
  For having this issue :
  - create a new database with french langage and install project module.
  - Translate 'Hours' from Working time unit configuration in 'Heure'
  - french user will see a float in time field but english user will see float time in the same field
  - change the french translation in Working time unit  'Hours'
  - now the french user can see float time
