Title:
  Physical Inventory Should not be deleted which is in done state

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  hello,

  reproduce steps:

  - go to werehouse -> inventory control ->physical inventory
  - try delete physical inventory which is in done state.
  We are able to delete the Physical Inventory on Done state, It should not be allow.

  Expected Behaviour :

  - error : physical inventory is not deleted when it is in done state.
