  6.1, 7.0 analytic_user_function - enforce only ONE line per user and
  project

Bug description:
  in both versions it is possible to add multiple lines per user - the
  system seems to take an arbitrary line to invoice.

  either
  * only ONE line
  or
  * all lines must be used to compute the price (sum of lines * qty) for the invoice
