Additional information

Changing time of the meeting duplicates the meeting. Therefore if you change time and save. The list will show a whole list about the initialy created meeting. 
Also, as it's a test system, I was logged in as administrator but assigned a different user as responsible for the meeting. Some duplicate meetings are created with responsible administrator, some others with the user.

After this I deleted duplicated meetings and just kept the original one.  I could click the accept but can't change Privacy from public to private. Same warning as above.
And still changes are duplicating the meetings either with the same responsible or with none.

  Meeting next action : It is not possible to validate the accept for a
  meeting

  There is either a popup with --> Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'toContext' of undefined
                                                               http://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx:8069/web/webclient/js:3469

  or a warning popup : Warning! Count cannot be negative or 0.

  
   
  Uncertain is OK
  Decline is OK
  Delete is OK
      
  The meeting form was open through calendar.
