sorry: the problem is a bit different

if an INSTALLABLE module depends on a NOT INSTALLABLE modul the
Installable module can be "installed" but remains in the state "to be
installed" without notice as after install the focus leaves the module
menu (IMHO very uncomfortable)

the install button must also be hidden if dependency is not met.
