  TypeError unexisting parent class "account.statement.profile"

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  i use OpenERP 6.1

  i want to install
  account_statement_base_completion and account_statement_base_import 

  i get a TypeError.
  TypeError: The model "account.statement.profile" specifies an unexisting parent class "account.statement.profile"
