Title:
  [trunk] date/time visuals in inbox wrong when set date format to
  W-Europe

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  Noticed a wrong visualization of timestamps in the users inbox, sent,
  etc when user is working in language which has altered the date format
  in language setting.

  - Goto Settings - Languages
  - edit your language, change date setting from %m/%d/%Y to %d/%m/%Y
  - Goto email or home and view your inbox or other folder
  - Message are shown with wrong time indications to error message (in Dutch for me) : NaN jaar geleden or sometimes 6 months ago, 1 year ago...

  The mouse over event shows however the correct date and time stamp in
  the correct format like configured.
