  Download links are not working

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  1. Create new db
  2. Install "base_report_designer" module
  3. At the end of the install, a link is given so that you can download the zip file.

  Try to download it, you'll get an error:

  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'download' of undefined
