Hello Raphaël Valyi ,

We are not able to provide all states name because we don't have states data based on countries.
So I would like to suggest community to provide states data as per their countries which will better for us.

Better if community provide a merge proposal by thieir county so we can
easily merge it

Title:
  [7.0][base][regression] state_id in address form isn't restricted to
  selected country

Bug description:
  Reproducible on Runbot:

  select edit a partner like Agrolait end edit its address: you can choose any state, for instance an American state while the selected country is Belgium.
  It's an easy fix, just add a domain restriction in the XML of the view.
