Hello Jignesh.

How i do this, MP in base modules?, a typonomous module?, can you
enlight me please, we have states for 3 countrys.

BTW, thi bug is related to a domian country based it works in pasts
versions, Writting this i could solve already... Is realle a No-brain
solution.

  [7.0][base][regression] state_id in address form isn't restricted to
  selected country

Bug description:
  Reproducible on Runbot:

  select edit a partner like Agrolait end edit its address: you can choose any state, for instance an American state while the selected country is Belgium.
  It's an easy fix, just add a domain restriction in the XML of the view.
