Yes I agree with you and must apologize I did use the wrong term
referring  to  'warning_msgs' as class I meant Dictionary.

As I said  new to python and  I'm confused as to the reason that this
dictionary data type is used.  'warning_msgs is set to empty dictionary
at line 931 and wonder if this line should be changed or if there was
some reason to use this type.

  Declared a dictionary method product_id_change on line 905, then later try to do a + = with another type variable str, causing the following traceback:
  Traceback (most recent call last):

  TypeError: unsupported operand type (s) for + =: 'dict' and 'str'
