Hello,

I have double checked this Issue. As per the comment#2- It's solved in
trunk. But In 6.1 still problem there even if you set a timezone. That's
why I am confirm this Issue again for 6.1.

  [6.1] Calendar "All day" event displayed on 2 days

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When checking "All day" in a calendar event, starting time is set to
  01:00.

  - Visually, the event is displayed on two days.
  - If you set start time to 00:00, the initial day n is set to day n-1
