[Bug 1085787] [NEW] Deleting Employees results in Error (runbot build 915)

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Using runbot.openerp.com (build 915).

Any attempt to delete an employee results in a Error.

It doesn't matter if there is a job id on the employee or not. The error
is the same (error attached as IMG)

To replicate.

Go to Human Resources, set to List view, hightlight any employee and
press MORE > Delete.

You can attempt to create a sample employee without Job Id but
attempting to delete will result in same issue;
