  Can not download  OpenObject Report Designer Plug-in from WebClient

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  How to replicate:
  OpenERP 7, Trunk. base_report_designer

  Open reporting module from menu, click on Configuration-->Report Designer.
  Pop-up shows "OpenObject Report Designer Plug-in Download openerp_report_designer.zip"
  Click on Download.

  Browser displays OpenERP Client Error:
  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'download' of undefined
  http://1.2.3.4:8069/web/webclient/js:3518

  Browser is Chrome. Desktop in Linux Mint.
  Reproduced on OS X with Firefox also.
