  Uninstalling and reinstalling Customer/Supplier portal  creates error

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Uninstalling and reinstalling Customer/Supplier Portal in General
  Settings creates an error showing "no two users can have same login"
  and the module is not installed.
