Thanks for told me an active.

Opps....I forget that this was worked on 6.1, but its not a blocking
point at all.

We have just forget to add  widget=password  on that field (.xml) part.

But you are right, we have to raise the priority. I am considering this
as  a 'Medium' priority which is better.

Still you have a problem then would you please look the following link
and check the bug qualification procedure.

  [Trunk] password field is visible on use form view

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Open the user form view, see the set password field.

  Enter the value, you can see the password it should be encrypted as
  working on "Change password" wizard.

  It was working fine on 6.1.
