Hello Nhomar,

If anonymous user changed the timezone then that timezone used only for
anonymous user only. Not for the all users.

So I think it doesn't affect anything.

Please provide your answer.

  IMHo, this user should be treated a little more especial, change
  timezone and any feature should be blocked.

  Cool feature but unsecure and incomplete from this PoV.
