Title:
MRP : Update quantity not working properly on production order when we
changed the UOM different then the BoM 's UoM.
Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
Confirmed
Bug description:
Hello Friends,
Today I am testing on trunk version of OpenERP with Manufacturing
application and faced one problem. The problem is If I used the
different UoM instead of BoM 's uom of Manufacturing order then update
quantity wizard gives wrong result.
Tested with demo data and mrp application.
Test case: 1 (Working fine with same UOM)
Create MO for Computer Case product with 10 Unit, Confirm the MO you can see the 10 unit on consumed product line.
Now click on update button, wizard is opened enter the quantity 20, you can see 20 Unit for all products on consumed product line. Which is fine.
Test case : 2 (fail give wrong result)
Create MO for same product Computer Case product with 10 dozen,
Confirm the MO. Consumed line shows the 120Unit which fine . Now I am
using the update button for change quantity . Enter 20 quantity, So it
shows that 20 dozen Computer case product will be produced but amazing
result on consumed line which is 1.667 Unit.(Its clearly wrong it
should be 240 UNIT)
Do not understand how it is calculating..?
Please check..
