Title:
  [7.0] Amended translation value in Japanese is not updated

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I managed to get the translation system to work for me in 6.1
  In 7.0, I can't seem to get it to work properly.

  For my test case, I edited the translation value for "Next Action" under CRM->Opportunities.
  Even after making the amendments, the changes are not reflected.
  Please see attached file.

  I found another bug that seems similar but not quite sure if it is referring to the same problem
