This issue is working fine with latest trunk, So would you please try
with latest revision and let us know have to still face the problem or
not.

Title:
  7.0 trunk Portal (Customer/Supplier) form view prohibited, tree view
  no problem

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  How to replicate:

  Settings > General Settings > Portal Access > Activate the customer
  supplier portal (ticked)

  give Contact access to portal via

  Sales > Customers  select a contact and via 'More' > Portal Access
  Management give the contact access to the Portal 'Portal'

  Create a Sales Order (Quotation) and add the contact as follower to
  the quotation.

  Log in as portal user (contact).

  Quotation and Sales Orders > Quotation

  you will see the Quotation in the tree view. (portal_so_q_tv.tiff)

  Now change tree view to form view by either clicking on Quotation or
  the view selector top right.

  The following error message pops up: 'Access denied...'  (portal_so_q_fv.tiff).
  Please note that one is still able to print the quotation via the 'Print' button,  though.
