Should be first fixed in addons for tasks. The user should not be able
to write the field even if the gantt view provides a mean to.

  [Trunk/6.1][web]:gantt view should not allow to change readonly fields

Bug description:
  Hi, when I drag a task done, on gantt view, start dates, end or
  duration are modified.

  IMHO, closed task should not be changeable.
