Yes, I agree with you that It's very difficult identify task when task
name same. and we should Improve this things. That's why I am confirm
this Issue with low Importance.

  7.0 tasks - must not allow duplicate names

Bug description:
  Hello!

  1) tasks names - without project must be unique (or add another visual "identifier")
  2) duplicate task names with projects must display task name + project name to allow users to identify the correct one.

  3) project names without parents must be unique
  4) duplicate project names with parent must show parent name(s)
