  Web interface export screen has REMOVE ALL but not ADD ALL button

Status in OpenERP Server:

Bug description:
  OpenERP 6.1 web interface, export screens.  There is a REMOVE ALL
  button, but no ADD ALL button.  At times that adds up to a lot of
  double clicking.
