Hello luis tobar,

When you give access of multi currency access as a admin then & then you
will be able to change your currency. So, For your information I have
attached video.So currently I am closing this issue , If you still face
the same problem then you can reopen this issue with more clarification.

Title:
  V 7.0 Currency in Sale Pricelist by Default only  EUR

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Is not posible change  currency in pricelist, in all pricelist (sales
  and purchases), Could be like a 6.1 version.

  The system asume in first instance sales pricelist in EUR, and every
  new list in company currency.
