Hello,

coda module has been recently changed and as for today, if you want to
see all menu you need to have the technical features activated on the
user.

  l10n_be_coda module - Configuration not visible

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When installing the l10n_be_coda module provided in the trunk version
  of Version 7.0alpha,

  the menu items described in the features are not visible for the
  Configuration part.

  The installation did not give an error.

  Could this be fixed please?
