  V7 Change price on product using average cost

Bug description:
  Download date 12/12/2012

  Create a product with cost = average cost.
  use wizard to update cost.
  error: 

  Integrity Error

  The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following:
  - deletion: you may be trying to delete a record while other records still reference it
  - creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set
