  [7.0] no chart of account selected on financial reports wizards

Bug description:
  Hi,

  When we want to print a financial report (general ledger for
  instance), in the wizard, the fiscal year is empty instead of
  selecting the current one.

  This regression has been introduced at revno 7523.4.62.

  I'll attach a branch in a few seconds... minutes (launchpad timeout
  error)
