The proposed fix is just a workaround (changing to widget
many2many_tags)

There are many other situations where a many2many is used, and in many
cases the many2many_tags is not applicable at all.

This bug should not be closed till real problem is fixed. Let's live with the workaround in the meantime

Bug description:
  server revno: 4627

  the "modules" field of the the translations export wizard looks like
  readonly, so export file (tried all the possible combinations)
  contains the translation of all the modules.
