  7.0 module must not be installable if a dependency module is not
  installable

Bug description:
  if an INSTALLABLE module depends on a NOT INSTALLABLE module the
  installable module can be "installed" but remains in the state "to be
  installed" without notice as after install the focus leaves the module
  menu (IMHO very uncomfortable anyway if you have to install multiple
  modules)

  nevertheless the code gets executed and will mostly fail!

  the install button must also be hidden if dependency is not met.
