Hello Marie,

First of all thanks for screen-cast.

Issue-1 : when you try to accept the meeting at that time It's copy the
same meeting with same user_id. here responsible person now changed.. ..

Issue-2 : You have faced the "Warning : Count cannot be negative or 0."
Because you are changed the privacy public to private with the
User(normal user). and at that time counter always set to False. and
That's why you have faced this Warning. So Only Administrator can change
the privacy public to private.

So here confusing are raised related  to this behavior. In both case, we
need more discussion on this. That's why I am setting this Issue as
opinion. so we can get more suggestion on this.

Bug description:
  V7 - version date from 2012.11.16 linked to beta version

  Meeting next action : It is not possible to validate the accept for a
  meeting

  There is either a popup with --> Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'toContext' of undefined
                                                               http://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx:8069/web/webclient/js:3469

  or a warning popup : Warning! Count cannot be negative or 0.

  
   
  Uncertain is OK
  Decline is OK
  Delete is OK
      
  The meeting form was open through calendar.
