Title:
  [Trunk] closing a fy, close all periods but do not validate all
  journal entries

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  Hello,

  When closing a fy, all periods are automaticaly closed (which is ok)
  but all journal entries should be validated as well.

  on the pad : http://pad.openerp.com/p/accounting-constraints, fp says
  (line 280) 'if some are not validated, they will be validated
  automatically.'... so I think this is a bug and not a wanted feature.
