  Payment Difference is always 0 (ver7)

Bug description:

  server (4714)
  addons (8420)
  web (3640)

  Doing customer payment, making partial payment, says, 60 of 100 EURO. Expect to have Difference = 40 EURO.
  But currently, it is always 0.
