Thank you for this suggestion, though I think the release notes are quite clear as they are. The "wiki" module has a special treatment and appears in both 8.2 and 8.3 because it was not just renamed: document_page is a new module that replaces the features of wiki, while not fully compatible. So it's best to mention it in both sections, and the explanation is as good as can be done in a few words: "this module is deprecated by document_page ".
I cannot imagine how someone would be confused seeing this explanation in 8.2 and 8.3...
