I have checked your issue and you have define two different following issues in your report :
Issue 1 : In Meeting Calendar view can't able to delete meeting from the calendar.So, I am assigning it to web team with wishlist priority.

One More,

Issue 2 : Wrong timestamp define in chatter box. It seems as usability issue and this occurs from the addons. so , I am confirming it with low priority.

  Deleting meeting in calender view not possible

Bug description:
  Hello,

  tested on latest trunk also.

  When you open a meeting in your calendar view you'll get the edit
  popup. There is no way to indicate to delete the meeting? Only way to
  delete this meeting is goto the list view, search for the meeting
  (when you have bad luck you need to use filters), select it and mark
  it for deletion with the more action dropdown.

  This make no sense in standard calendar use. Secondly, if you are in a
  recurrent meeting, there should be a check and question if you want to
  delete the entire recurrent meeting or only the open one.

  Still noticed that the post of the meeting creation indicates it
  happened hours ago, see screenshot. On trunk it showed 9 hours ago, on
  our server it showed 6 hours, both servers in CET time zone I
  assume...
