I know all this of course, but it is very difficult to explain to users
that the have to go to another form to "find" the resources create in
another form

I know - my opinion - but I know also the problems users have using 2 different forms for the "same" resource - just because it is in a different state.
I really do not know and understand who decides  on such usability issues

  7.0 sale order - "lost" after creation

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Go to Sale Order
  Create a Sale Order - and save

  switch to list -
  it is not there (as it is in Quotations)

  this is a major usability issue
