  [trunk] Checking items in configuration menus are not installing
  modules when they should

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  For example:

  In the Configuration/Sales page, checking "Use contracts management"
  redirected me to the new Configuration/Apps page and nothing was
  installed but account_analytic_analysis should be.

  I'm running the latest trunk, revno: 4741
