Hello Sebastien,

Let me explain the flow of Delivery order.

Before the deliver steps we have checked the check availability and force availability.
There may be possibility if you have more then one line on delivery order and one product are available other is not then at the check availability time you can see the two state on stock move (delivery line) available for available product and waiting availability for not enough stock. because we don't stop to deliver available product.

If you have only one product line then and if you try check availability
and the product is not enough on stock then this product is not
available.

But also we have to show some notification for waiting product at delivery time, So we are consider this as a improvement.
And I am setting this as a 'Wishlist'.
