Yes, It's working fine. and after load the language. It's must be
synchronize the term. That's why I am set this bug as Invalid.

  [Trunk/6.1] Problem of translation when creating a db in French

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I create a new db in another language than English (tested in
  French), and when I try to change one translation from OpenERP (from
  English to French in that case), the translation is not effective,
  even though rightly registrated! I need to synchronize terms in the
  Settings in order to make this new translation visible...
