I just tested with the latest 7.0 branches. It's probably in your
installation.

[7.0] Impossible to activate import "Allow users to import data from
CSV files"

Bug description:
With OpenERP 7.0, impossible to activate data importation from a user.
If you select the option, nothong happens.
To reproduce the bug:
1. Create a new db
2. Install a module. Warehouse for instance
3. Configure default options.
4. Go to Configuration -> General settings. Select "Allow users to import data from CSV files"
5. Apply your modifications... and the option is not saved and impossible to import data
