Yes. is not works. And in source Addons(document) deleted Storage Media code. 
May be need get code from 6.1 and make new module for Storage Media.

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  Using Dec26 src code of OE7.0 on debian.

  You are no longer able to configure documents to be stored on Storage
  Media (not database).

  I was using the last nightly build available and it still allows users
  to define storage media (Knowledge>Configuration>Document Management).
  In the new versions you are only allowed to store documents on the
  database itself.
