I have checked your issue with latest trunk as well as with 7.0, but I
did not face any issue.So would you please provide proper steps to
reproduce this bug and also for your more information I have attached

Title:
  [Sale Portal] user cannot view his quote

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  when a portal user logs in , [portal sale installed] he sees the menus but cannot read the messages or quotes.
  the system gives the following error:

  Access Denied
  The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.
  (Document type: Sales Order, Operation: create)

  After checking the access rights, they seem to be correct. I noticed
  that the following security record rule is related:

  Portal Personal Quotations/Sales Orders
  It states :[('message_follower_ids','in', [user.partner_id.id])]

  When I deactivate this rule it works, but I guess it has a reason it
  is in the standard.
