I this a bug or not? 
The fact is that whenever you click on a button, the model is saved and therefore bank statement can be saved even if we don't want to save it. However, a bank statement without bank statement lines will not provoke changes in the accounting and therefore it is not really a bug. 
As the button behavior is the same for every model, we will not change that and so, until we decide to adapt that behavior, this bug will stay in wishlist with a low importance.

Title:
  [Trunk] Accounting => Bank statements: closing a wizard saves a bank
  statement

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1. Go to Accounting => Bank Statements
  2. click on Create, then on Import Invoices
  3. Do not do anything, close the wizard.
  4. Click on Discard
  5. go to list view of bank statements: statement is created although you clicked on discard (because you clicked on the link)
