  [Lunch] Create button is inactive in Lunch => Lunch => Your Lunch
  Account

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  In Progress

Bug description:
  1. Go to Lunch => Lunch => Your Lunch Account
  2. Click on Create => Nothing happens

  Actually, the create button shouldn't be there, because this place is
  filled automatically with cash moves.
